Case FIR Dated. 07-11-2023 U/s 20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Theog on the intimation of SI Nehar Chand I/O ANTF (FU) Shimla . According to Rukka, on dated 07-11-2023 he was present at Chhaila Kainchi during patrolling an information was received that the owner of Ramu Dhaba is Ramu Nepali, who is engaged in selling drugs.

During checking and search of the Dhaba, *586 grams Charas* was recovered from possession of

The accused has been arrested and futher investigation is underway
